tastycookrecipes (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website (https://www.tastycookrecipes.com) to do the same. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that any content on tastycookrecipes infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated agent. To be effective, your notification must include the following elements under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that material you posted on tastycookrecipes was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent. To be effective, your counter-notification must include the following under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled (e.g., the specific URL on tastycookrecipes.com).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, the Southern District of New York), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless the complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, tastycookrecipes has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We reserve the right to terminate access to the website for any user who is found to have repeatedly posted infringing content. A “repeat infringer” is generally defined as a user who has been the subject of more than one valid DMCA takedown notice. We may also consider other factors, including the severity of the infringement and the user’s response to notices, in determining whether to terminate access.
