- 1/2 cup (120 ml) whipping cream
- 240 ml (1 cup) whole milk
- 84 g (3 oz) finely grated sweet milk chocolate
- In a saucepan, heat the cream over medium heat until small bubbles are obtained on the walls.
- Remove from the heat
- Incorporate the chocolate, stirring until it is melted.
- Pour into two cups and serve.
