- 150g cauliflower
- 150 broccoli
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 3/4 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- In a saucepan, steam the cauliflower and broccoli for 10 minutes or until they are tender.
- Place in a baking dish with the chopped onion.
- Add the vegetable broth and sprinkle with grated Gruyere cheese.
- Brown until the cheese is golden.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
