Ingredients

  • 150g cauliflower
  • 150 broccoli
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 3/4 cup grated Gruyere cheese

Steps

  1. In a saucepan, steam the cauliflower and broccoli for 10 minutes or until they are tender.
  2. Place in a baking dish with the chopped onion.
