A refreshing and high-end salad recipe with spinach and tangerine without forgetting the famous feta cheese.
- 3 tsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. lemon
- 250 g. young spinach leaves
- 100g. diced feta cheese
- 1/2 red onion, cut into strips
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese and sliced onion.
- Beat the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon in a vinaigrette.
- Add to the salad and mix well.
- Salt and pepper to taste. To serve
