Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger
  • 200 g of green beans
  • 1 carrot cut into rings
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 200 g diced tofu
  • 1 tsp. liquid honey
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. dry sherry
  • 1 cup of vegetable broth

Steps

  1. Cook the garlic and ginger in a wok.
  2. Stir in the beans and onion to cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the tofu and heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the vegetable broth, soy sauce, honey and sherry, reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste. To serve
