Ingredients
- 2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 tsp. grated ginger
- 200 g of green beans
- 1 carrot cut into rings
- 1 onion, minced
- 200 g diced tofu
- 1 tsp. liquid honey
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. dry sherry
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
Steps
- Cook the garlic and ginger in a wok.
- Stir in the beans and onion to cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the tofu and heat for 2 minutes.
- Add the vegetable broth, soy sauce, honey and sherry, reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Salt and pepper to taste. To serve
