Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 200 g green beans
- 2 carrots cut into sticks
- 8 white onions, hulled
- 450 g / 16 ounces of marinated and diced tofu
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp. liquid honey
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 cups vegetable broth
Steps
- In a wok, incorporate the oil and heat.
- Fry the garlic and ginger while stirring.
- Stir in the beans and carrots. Bring back 5 minutes.
- Add the white onions, tofu and sesame seeds. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil before simmering for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
