Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup baking flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 3 c. tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

Steps :

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  2. Add water, orange juice and eggs.
  3. Beat in the mixer for 3 minutes.
    In a hot 8 ” pan, place a drizzle of oil on the melted butter.
  4. Spread 1/3 cup batter over the entire surface of the pan. Cook each side for 1 minute.
  5. Place on a plate and spread the maple syrup on it.
  6. Roll and cut into 1 “pieces.
  7. Repeat for the entire dough. Serve hot.
