Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup baking flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 3 medium eggs
- 3 c. tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
Steps :
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.
- Add water, orange juice and eggs.
- Beat in the mixer for 3 minutes.
In a hot 8 ” pan, place a drizzle of oil on the melted butter. - Spread 1/3 cup batter over the entire surface of the pan. Cook each side for 1 minute.
- Place on a plate and spread the maple syrup on it.
- Roll and cut into 1 “pieces.
- Repeat for the entire dough. Serve hot.
