  • 3 c. tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 200 grams of cooked chicken cut into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 can of celery cream concentrate
  • 1 can of chicken cream concentrate
  • 1 cane of mushroom cream concentrate
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • Salt and pepper


  1. At the bottom of a saucepan, soften the onion in the oil
  2. Add the chicken and mix with the creams of celery, chicken, mushroom, milk and water
  3. Bring to a boil before simmering for 20 minutes
  4. Season
  5. Place a vol-au-vent in the center of a plate and cover with sauce

To serve.
