Ingredients:
- 3 c. tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 200 grams of cooked chicken cut into ½ inch pieces
- 1 can of celery cream concentrate
- 1 can of chicken cream concentrate
- 1 cane of mushroom cream concentrate
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup of water
- Salt and pepper
Steps:
- At the bottom of a saucepan, soften the onion in the oil
- Add the chicken and mix with the creams of celery, chicken, mushroom, milk and water
- Bring to a boil before simmering for 20 minutes
- Season
- Place a vol-au-vent in the center of a plate and cover with sauce
